Scattered sources
In regulated sectors the text is spread out: EU law via Eur-Lex, national transpositions, agency rules such as EASA, ICAO standards, and industry norms. Each channel has its own versions, consolidations, and cross-references. Without structure you quickly lose sight of which rule hits your certification basis.
Grip on what applies to you
Not every paragraph is meant for you. What matters is the overlap between rules, acceptable means of compliance, guidance material, and the scope you operate in. I work on ways to make that applicability explicit so you are not searching from scratch every time.
Amendments and staying current
Consolidations and PDFs often lag behind the legal text. You see relevant changes late, while you already need to act. With agentic AI you can track which texts changed and what that may mean for your situation — without removing human control.
Following amendments
When a rule changes, you want to know what differs from the version your manual or approval rests on. Comparing at text level, tied to the legal version, makes that discussable instead of trapped in senior experts’ heads.
From question to citation
An answer without a source is worth little in compliance work. I set up solutions where every statement traces back to the exact passage, version, and link — suitable for tickets, manuals, and audits.
Answers with source references
Ask a complex question in your domain: the system searches the right corpora, keeps context between rule parts where needed, and returns an answer with clickable citations. You review and sign off; the assistant does not take the safety or compliance decision.
Ownership of your data
Your manuals, procedures, and approval files are yours. I design so analysis can stay within your boundary, with traceability that holds up in audit, without giving your knowledge away to generic models.
Your documents alongside public regulation
The aim is to lay your own documents next to public regulation, see cross-references, and estimate the impact of a rule change on your specific texts. The data stays yours; the model reads to support, not to replace.
